Problematic historical contradictions in the development of agriculture in the regions of Eurasia and the Russian Federation

In general, this article is devoted to some key issues and regularities that paved the historical way toward a more civilized and efficient land use. Alogical review of the formation of agrarian industries in the Russian state formations in the center of Eastern Europe and Eurasia shows the main problems of food subsistence and the main role in these processes of the leaders of the country and regions of Russia. Besides, the main place of the article is given to the issues of modern tools and mechanisms of planning, stimulation offinancial and political more effective and more ecologically productive functioning of branches of agroindustrial complex in the present Russian Federation.
