Problematic theoretical provisions of territorial public self-government

The article considers territorial public self-government, the essence of its concept, features, legal nature. The article describes the territorial public self-government on the territory of the Russian Federation. Common features of local self-government and territorial public self-government are revealed. General conclusions summarizing the results of the study are made.
