Problem aspects of distinguishing subjects of special knowledge in criminal procedure

In this article the authors prove the possibility of classifying subjects possessing special knowledge into those who use this knowledge (a person who carries out preliminary investigation, inquiry, a defender), those who apply this knowledge ( an expert, a specialist) and reference of a teacher and a psychologist to the latter.
