Problem issues and features of the organization of practice of students of law in law enforcement bodies

Organization and internship by students is a rather important and serious process. The peculiarities of its organization are systematic work on the preparation of the student within the framework of the theoretical part, the preparation of the head of practice from the university and from the pro le organization, their interaction with each other. Of no small importance in these issues is the process of pedagogical forecasting, as well as the formation of the psychological and pedagogical culture of law enforcement o cers working with students during their internship. Particular attention is paid to the role of headmen of study groups in the organization of practice and interaction with the leader from educational organizations. A special place is given to the issues of scienti c activity of students and practical training in the areas studied in order to obtain new knowledge and improve the formation of the necessary professional competencies.
