Problem issues of purpose of criminal punishment for foreign citizens

The purpose of this work is a detailed legal analysis of the appointment of punishment in the form of correctional and forced labor to foreign citizens. In the article the problems of application of these types of punishment and studied peculiarities of the legal status of foreign citizens. As a result, some recommendations about resolving of these problems are developed.
