Problematic issues of legal support in the field of management of the patrol and post service of the police

The paper presents a hierarchy of regulatory legal acts, according to which law enforcement agencies carry out their professional activities, it is established that the basis of legal regulation of the patrol and post service is the Law of the Russian Federation "On Police" dated February 7, 2011 N 3-FL. The problems of legal support in the field of management of PPSP activities are identified, ways to overcome them are proposed.
