Problem issues in the implementation of state control (supervision) in the field of road safety

The purpose of this article is to identify the problems of legal regulation of state control (supervision) in the field of traffic safety. A definition of the specified type of supervision is provided. The statistics of road accidents committed on the territory of Russia in recent years is given. It also analyzes the problems of state control (supervision) in the field of traffic safety, associated with a possible corruption component, as well as with incomplete coverage of controlled (supervised) subjects in the field of traffic safety.
