Problems of due diligence legislation in the Russian Federation

The author substantiates the requirement that the level subjects of the RF necessary to carry out legal expertise of all legislative acts and their projects. This is not only scientifically and practically justified, but also has a significant impact on the functioning of almost all spheres of human activity.
