Problem issues in conducting independent anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts

The article examines the issues of conducting an independent anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts. It analyzes and proposes ways to resolve them. It analyzes legislative changes and features of legal regulation that arise during the independent anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts. The results of the study are the identified problems of regulatory regulation and proposals for improving legal mechanisms aimed at improving control over corruption factors.
