Problem issues of trajectory measurements and the method of their solution

This article defines the basic principles and the simplest method for solving the problem of determining a point on a line corresponding to the binding time. Examples of binding to the system of a single time of the middle and end of exposure, confirmation of results and recommendations for use are considered. The circumstances accompanying the location process are revealed with an assessment of their impact on the accuracy of the final result.
