Problem issues of air traffic service personnel simulator training

Currently, the aviation industry has reached an understanding that the key to ensuring safety is the continuous and comprehensive training of qualified professionals. Given the complexity of the operating conditions in which aviation personnel perform their functional duties on a daily basis, one of the main tasks of professional education is to reproduce these conditions in the training process with a sufficient degree of reliability. This article offers abstracts of research work on the improvement of simulator training for air traffic services personnel.
