Problematic issues of land law: penalties for unauthorized construction

The article analyzes the situation with illegally erected buildings or self-construction in 2024. The analysis of the situation is given, sanctions for illegally erected buildings are considered. The author analyzes the current legal practice and identifies problematic issues that require further legal regulation. The study and analysis of the problem of self-construction will make it possible to formulate a unified policy of legislative and administrative bodies to solve problems of land law, to contribute to the improvement of land, civil and administrative legislation. Practical recommendations on the registration of illegally erected buildings are given, due attention is paid to the analysis of law enforcement practice. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to improve legislation and develop a unified strategy in this matter for the legislative and executive authorities.
