Problems of digitalization in the field of social security in the Russian Federation

In the article, the authors consider topical problems arising in the legal regulation of social security in the Russian Federation as a result of the introduction of the state information system, taking into account amendments to its legal regulation in 2023. It was determined that, despite the modernization of the mechanism of interaction between participants in the information system in the field of social security, such problems as: information protection in the ECIPSS, an increase in the categories of recipients of social support, increased control over the actions of participants in the information system and other problems are still unresolved.
