Problems of delegation of state authorities to local self-government

This article discusses the general processes of democratization of the state, which put on the agenda the issue of decentralization of state power, which can be achieved by transferring some of the functions of the state to the local level, which is closest to citizens. In general, the institution of delegation of certain state powers to local authorities is considered. Analyzed and identified theoretical and practical problems in the field of delegation of certain state powers to local authorities.
