Problems of proving moral harm on the internet

This article presents intangible benefits and personal non-property in the Russian Federation, which need to strengthen their defense and protection. At present, the dissemination of defamatory materials against all masses of society is widely used. The article examines ways to protect information and the issue of moral harm on the Internet. The result of the work is a number of significant proposals for proving and optimizing in relation to evidence of harm caused on the Internet.
