Problems of the pre-trial cooperation agreement

This article is devoted to the pre-trial cooperation agreement, namely issues related to the problems that arise when concluding this agreement. The relevance of the topic under consideration lies in the fact that the practical application of the provisions of Chapter 40.1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, devoted to a pre-trial cooperation agreement, faces serious difficulties. The lack of clear legislative regulation of the procedure for concluding pre-trial cooperation agreements leads to numerous errors in the work of investigative bodies and courts. The purpose of the work is to identify and analyze the problems of this institution.
