Problems of physical training of Russian MVD cadets and ways to solve them

The article deals with topical issues of physical training of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, identifies key problems affecting their level of physical endurance, strength and reaction time. The impact of modern training methods, educational process and regulatory requirements on the overall fitness of future law enforcement officers is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the shortcomings of the existing system of physical training, such as inconsistency of loads to individual capabilities of cadets, limited material and technical base and shortage of qualified specialists. The paper proposes effective ways to solve these problems, including adaptive training programs, introduction of innovative training methods and improvement of the regulatory and legal framework. The presented recommendations are aimed at improving the level of physical readiness of cadets and, as a consequence, at improving their professional performance under conditions of high physical and psychological stress.
