The problems of functioning of the constitutional (charter) courts as one of the elements of the state management system in regions of the Russian Federation

The article describes the mechanism of management of state bodies, which is based on the principle of checks and balances. Differentiation of Russian regions state bodies public authorities is carried out in complience with Federal laws, laws of regions of Russian Federation, however, these acts are not exhaustive sources of regulation of relations between state and municipal structures.
