Problems and prospects of education in the conditions of the digital economy

The transition to a digital economy in our country is an actual, necessary, but difficult and time-consuming process. This article combines the consideration of both problems that hamper this process and the prospects for education in the digital economy. Attention is paid to the formation and improvement of the professional competence of graduates, organizational and integration aspects of the development of the information and educational environment, automation and environmental friendliness. The article covers issues related to the innovative changes necessary to prepare students in order to meet the new needs of society. Key competencies and overprofessional skills are considered, which are of fundamental importance for the professional performance of a wide range of tasks in the digital economy.
