Problems and prospects of development of innovative digital economy

The article analyzes the problems and prospects of development of innovative digital economy, the reasons for the lag in the organizational development of the national economic system from foreign ones in terms of qualitative growth and globalization, the reasons for the low innovative activity of Russian enterprises in the field of digital technologies and cyber-physical systems. The study of market reforms, measures of regulation of relevant processes by the state. Questions of the theory and practice of formation of effective model of innovative development are considered. The dependence of GDP growth rates on the proper order in the economic system is proved. A new model of economic system management in modern conditions, based on self-organization, synergetic effect and horizontal interaction of market entities is proposed.
