Бесплатный доступ

This article examines the main problems and prospects for the development of Russia's national innovation system, which is designed to ensure the country's competitiveness in attracting resources and developing innovation. The sanctions on the Russian economy and the international geopolitical situation have forced Russia to look for non-standard ways of developing innovation and adapting the current innovation system. Increasing the efficiency of the national innovation system is a key task for the state. This study identifies current problems in developing the Russian innovation system and promising methods for solving them. An assessment of Russia's position in global innovation rankings was carried out, and a comparative analysis was carried out with other countries based on the values of the main sub-indices. This made it possible to identify a number of key problems (difficulties in attracting financing for the creation of innovation, the low quality of human resources, the poor regulatory framework, and the low wages of researchers and teachers in universities) and to offer practical recommendations for eliminating them. The economic impact of the proposed recommendations was also assessed.
