The article deals with the problems of the development of a technological complex of aviation chemicals. The data on the main stages of the development of agricultural aviation in Russia. The main technological directions and priorities of the development of agricultural aviation are analyzed. It indicates a significant lag of this industry that has arisen during the last decades. The main technical and economic problems of agricultural aviation development at present are revealed. Alternative ways of solving the main economic difficulties are proposed, based on public-private partnership. The necessity of introducing new technological approaches to the organization of aviation protection in agriculture was determined. The concept of a promising aviation complex of agricultural aviation is proposed.
