Problems and prospects of housing and communal services development in the Arctic regions

The article considers the main problems of housing and communal services development in the Arctic zones of the Russian Federation, the impact of housing and communal services development on the quality of life of the population, the prospects for housing and communal services development taking into account the requirements of intensive development of the Arctic regions. The factors limiting the development of housing and communal services have been identified and forecasts have been formed about the need to replenish the housing stock based on an analysis of regional development programs and the specifics of projects accepted for implementation.
