Problems and prospects for improving the mechanism for implementing constitutional values in state programs of the Russian Federation: a practical aspect

This article is devoted to the consideration of one of the problematic aspects of the mechanism for the implementation ofconstitutionalvalues in the state programs ofthe Russian Federation. Within the framework of the study, the problems existing in the area under study, determined by a close relationship with the problems that arise directly during the implementation of the state programs themselves, were identified and analyzed and possible ways of solving them were proposed.
