Novelties of Russian legislation in the field of anti-corruption policy

The paper provides a brief overview of the history of the development of legislation on public procurement in Russia, provides the legal foundations of the anti-corruption policy of the Russian Federation in public procurement, analyzes corruption schemes in public procurement and the causes of the increase in crimes in this area, and outlines prospects for improving Russian legislation in order to increase the effectiveness of the fight against corruption in public procurement.
