Бесплатный доступ

The article addresses the issues and solutions for errors in cadastral data. Particular attention is paid to the causes of errors and methods for their correction, as well as modern technologies that can improve the accuracy of data in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRRE). The study investigates the main types of cadastral errors, including technical and registry errors, and proposes specific methods for their elimination. The aim of the study is to identify the causes of cadastral errors and suggest effective methods for their correction. The research includes theoretical and practical studies, analysis of the regulatory framework, examination of examples of registry errors, and proposals for their correction. The main stages of error correction include the preparatory, field, and office stages. The results of the study show that the introduction of modern geodetic technologies and process automation significantly improve the accuracy of cadastral data. An important conclusion is the need to create a separate information system within the USRRE for processing and correcting inaccurate information. This will minimize the number of errors and increase the efficiency of municipal territory management.
