Problems of identification of special types of crimes in law enforcement practice

The article discusses the problems of identification of special types of crimes in law enforcement practice. The author analyzes the principles of distinguishing between general generic and special crimes, focusing on the difficulties that arise in the qualification of crimes. Particular attention is paid to the lack of clear criteria for the establishment of special compositions, which leads to ambiguous interpretations and complicates judicial practice. Various approaches to the definition of special formulations, their relationship to general norms, as well as the influence of the terminological design of norms on law enforcement activities are considered. The author suggests an algorithm for identifying special compounds that takes into account the logical comparison of the signs of a crime, their detailed description and the systemic ratio of norms.
