Problems of Implementation of International Treaties and Agreements in the Sphere of Migration Into the Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic: Legal and Practical Aspects

The article examines the issue of implementing international treaties and agreements on migration into the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The relevance of this issue is analyzed through the study of key international legal instruments to which the Kyrgyz Republic is a party and their correlation with national migration legislation. The article explores the international obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic, their practical significance, as well as identifies legal conflicts, gaps, and challenges in the implementation of international norms. Finally, recommendations are proposed to improve legislation and law enforcement practices to ensure compliance with international standards.
