The challenges of electronic document management during the registration of purchase and sale transactions

The article examines the development of electronic document management in the field of real estate transactions in Russia, focusing on legislative initiatives such as Federal Law N 218-FL and Federal Law N 63-FL, which provide a legal basis for the use of digital technologies. The advantages such as faster registration and increased transparency are analyzed, as well as existing problems: technical failures, data security and a low level of trust among citizens. Examples of court decisions illustrating shortcomings in law enforcement and the need to finalize legislation are given. The article concludes with suggestions for improving the system, including upgrading infrastructure, developing cybersecurity and increasing trust in electronic services.
