Problems of classification of securities as objects of civil legal relations

This article examines a wide range of classifications of securities in the civil science and legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as from an economic point of view, provides examples of securities of the relevant classifications. The problems in the legal regulation of securities are studied from the standpoint of various regulatory legal acts. The authors of the article proposed their own classification of securities. The list of the main sources regulating the turnover of securities is given. The properties of securities as objects of civil legal relations are studied.
