Problems of codification of business legislation

To date, there is no single codified act on business law in legal science and Russian legislation. Entrepreneurial legislation appeared instead of economic legislation, which was reflected in the adoption of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which defined the concept of entrepreneurial activity (Article 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and the legal regime of entrepreneurship. One of the urgent problems of business law is the problem of its codification in determining the place and role of business law in the system of branches of Russian law. Also, the analysis of various approaches to the issue of codification of business law, as an independent branch of law, allows us to conclude that it is inappropriate to create an Entrepreneurial Code and the need to improve the current business legislation.
