Problems of transportation legislation codification

This article presents some of the problems of codification of transport legislation. As an example, various points of view of the authors and their attitude to the problem of codification of transport legislation are considered. Various options for solving the mentioned problems associated with the creation of a unified transport code or a set of laws of transport law are analyzed. And also formulated recommendations for improving transport legislation and its codification.
