Possible modifications of the Zusman stochastic equations aimed to account for quantum interference effect between basic states of the system have been investigated. Starting with Caldeira-Leggett theory we obtain a set of equations in phase space for the Wigner function that includes account for the nonequilibrium distribution in a momentum space at short time scale and a variant of recasting the density matrix equation on a term to the Lindblad form. It has been shown that the applicability of the proposed models is broader compare to the original Zusman equations.
