The problem of costs in procedural law of the Russian Federation

This article deals with the problems of distribution of court costs between parties in civil and arbitration process. Reviewed are legal provisions governing legal fees and court practice. The purpose of the review associated with the search and decision tasks for better and more equitable distribution of the costs between the participants in the process. Based on the conducted research the author proposes modify the legislation to resolve current issues.
