Problems of the criminalistic characteristic of crime

The article deals with the problems of understanding and application of such a term as «criminalistic characteristics of a crime». The different points of view of forensic scientists on the essence and content of such a construct as the criminalistic characteristic of a crime are presented. Such problems arise due to the fact that scientists cannot give the most capacious definition that would reveal all aspects of this concept.
