Problems of qualification of violations of the rules of handling weapons and objects that pose an increased danger to others

The article deals with the problems of qualification of violations of the rules of handling weapons and objects that pose an increased danger to others. The article considers the specifics of crime in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the specifics of the qualification of such a crime as violations of the rules of handling weapons and objects that pose an increased danger to others and the differentiation of the specified composition from related: crimes that infringe on life and health (Articles 109, 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as well as encroaching on public safety (Articles 216-220 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Judicial practice is analyzed, some recommendations aimed at improving legislation are given.
