The problematic issues that affect the qualification of the crime and the further fate of the accused and the defendant are considered. This article puts forward solutions to the problem of non-payment of taxes, which includes non-legal economic activity. He also considered the issue of establishing assets, namely those related to the turnover of cryptocurrencies.
