Problems of linguistic support during mass international events

In this article, the author defines the incentives that contribute to the formation of motivation to study foreign languages among cadets. The influence of negative factors on the formation of cadets' motivation to learn foreign languages at a higher military educational institution can be leveled by attracting students to participate in translation activities during international mass sporting and military events. The article indicates the experience of the department in providing linguistic support during international events and analyzes the problems that affect the efficiency of cadets’ study. The author also makes suggestions for elimination of such difficulties.
