It is obvious that health preservation is not only a medical problem. The Constitution of the World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as "a state of complete physical, spiritual and social well-being and not only absence of disease and disability". Public health - reflects the degree to which a particular community of people is adapted to certain living conditions: social, material, spiritual and other spheres of life[1].
