Problems of naming the parties to an inheritance contract in the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and foreign countries

The article considers the provisions of the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and foreign countries on the inheritance agreement for the presence or absence of the names of the parties to the inheritance agreement and makes assumptions about the reasons for this gap in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ways of bringing to a single standard the names of the parties to the inheritance agreement (inheritance agreement) are proposed.
