The problems of inheritance of real estate in the Russian Federation

The article examines features and some topical problems of inheritance of immovable property in the Russian Federation. As a result of the analysis of the legal regulation of inheritance of immovable property, the author concludes that in order to resolve legal problems in this area, it is necessary to create conditions for improving the mechanism of judicial protection of citizens' rights to immovable property.
