Problems of personnel management inefficiencies (on survey results)

The article deals with the problems of personnel management, received as a result of survey of working students (low/unjust salaries, absence of motivation, bad organization of work, lack of career growth; arbitrariness of manageres, interpersonal conflicts, low professionalism of manageres, non- compliance occupational safety and health). The causes of managerial incompetence are examined; some measures to overcome the problems in management are proposed.
