Problems of normative legal regulation training of managers and specialists in the field of environmental protection and environmental safety

The article is devoted to the problem of legal regulation of the issue of education of managers and specialists of organizations and individual entrepreneurs on environmental safety. The federal law establishes only the obligation of such training. The by-laws regulating the duration and terms of such training have often been changed, abolished altogether or adopted by non-authorized bodies. At present, the document that previously regulated this issue has lost its force, nothing has been adopted in return. The author analyzes the project prepared by the Ministry of nature and the current judicial practice.
