Issues concerning criteria of evaluating pedagogical work are considered. Review analysis of existing approaches to the solution of the given problem is carried out. Its advantages and disadvantages are considered. The conclusion about the necessity of designing less labour-consuming and more objective methods of evaluating teacher’s work is made.
