Problems of providing free legal aid in difficult and popular items

An important guarantee of ensuring the legitimate interests of an individual is the right of everyone to receive qualified legal assistance, first enshrined in Article 48 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The purpose and role of this constitutional provision is so widespread that until now some of its aspects in criminal proceedings have remained unrealized. One of the unresolved problems is the provision of legal assistance in hard-to-reach and sparsely populated areas. The article discusses the main problems associated with the provision of qualified legal assistance, and, first of all, the assistance of a lawyer in hard-to-reach settlements.
