Problems of determining the signs of property rights in the modern civil legislation of the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of signs concerning property rights. We have investigated the current legislative framework and the point of view of scientists regarding the definition of the signs of property rights in civil legislation on the above aspect. The analysis of studies devoted to the problems of determining the signs of property rights is carried out. The data that were obtained during the research work confirm the high significance and relevance of the study.
