Problems of determining the amount of refunds and the market value of land plots subject to government or municipal needs

Based on a review and analysis of current legislation, judicial practice and doctrinal sources, the article considers the problems that arise when determining the amount of compensation and the market value of land plots subject to seizure for state or municipal needs and real estate objects located on them. The authors found that the identified problems, in general, negatively affect the efficiency of the land acquisition mechanism, which can be solved by improving the system of cadastral registration of land plots, ensuring the legitimacy of the actions of all participants in legal relations, as well as developing methodological and informational support for valuation activities and public administration in the sphere of withdrawal.
