Problems of organized environmental crime and counteraction measures

This article is devoted to the problems of organized environmental crime. The analysis of the current modern practice of disclosure of organized environmental crime. Measures of counteraction to organized ecological crime are studied and their efficiency is revealed. The corresponding conclusions are drawn and ideas on increase of efficiency of counteraction to organized crime in the sphere of ecological legal relations are formulated.
