Problems of responsibility for administrative offenses infringing on the rights of minors

Encroachments on the rights of minors are an urgent problem of modern society. The article is devoted to the review of administrative offenses of this type, which are fixed in various chapters of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The problematic aspects of the institution of administrative responsibility of parents who do not perform or perform improperly duties for the upbringing and maintenance of children are considered. Some shortcomings of the current legislation are identified, possible solutions to existing problems are formulated.
