Problems of sheep-breeding and mechanisms of recovery (by the example of Tuva and Khakassia)

The article focuses on the problems of contemporary agricultural complex, namely - sheep-breeding. The need of solving of the problems of this branch of agriculture is matured. The main problems are: the low level of products (meat, wool), the lack of effective mechanism of sale of products, the need for technological improvement of technology of reproduction of sheep, low productivity grassland, etc. The example of successful mechanisms of recovering of the sheep-breeding is Republic of Tuva and Republic of Khakassia. In these regions there are municipal programs of support to farming and personal household, aimed at the development of sheep-breeding.
